Anad Farmers Service Co-Operative Bank (AFSCB) mainly focussed on the welfare of the farmers in our society. We are here to provide all the benefits and services to the farmers who are the members of the bank.
The Anad Farmers' Service Co-operative Bank was initially registered as a Service Society on 24.8.1924 which was converted as Farmers Service Co-operative Bank on 23.3.1978. The Bye-laws of the FSS was adopted in total without any changes. Area operation of the society is two villages i.e; Anad and Panavoor in Nedumangad taluk.
Total Area coverage is 11878 Acres of land. The number of members as on 31.3.2009 is 34150 share capital is Rs.177.77 lakhs. It is noted that the Bank having deposits Rs.53.57 crore in 30.3.08 and it is increased in 60 crore in 30.3.09. During the year the loans and advances 55 crore was outstanding. Last 12 years the Bank under ' A' class in audit classification and in general, acting as a Special grade Bank
